Oil market to remain oversupplied despite OPEC rollover: IEA's Atkinson
The global oil market will remain oversupplied in the first half of 2018, and on average oil supplies will continue to exceed demand, despite the OPEC-led move to extend production cuts until the end of next year, the International Energy Agency's chief oil analyst told S&P Global Platts Wednesday.
