Kuwait looking at fuel oil imports from 2019 to cope with refinery delays
Despite spending nearly $30 billion on downstream projects in the last few years, Kuwait will become a major importer of fuel oil from 2019, while it waits for construction of its new 615,000 b/d Al-Zour refinery to be completed, market sources said Wednesday.
