Iraqi PM moves to ease tensions with Kurds over oil-rich disputed territories
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Thursday downplayed accusations made by Iraqi Kurdistan that federal forces were going to invade the autonomous region, after exchanging recriminations over each other's intentions for oil-rich disputed territories recently cleared of the Islamic State.
