  Dear Sir,
  
  Our Company is based in Qatar and our Diesel is supplied by Woqod (Qatar Fuel National Company). Their rates are indexed on "Al Fujairah International Rates".
  Could you please explain us what is this index. Would it be possible to know the evolution of this rate for the last 2 years.
