22nd Aug 2008 Dear Sir,
First of all, please let me present my best wishes to you.
As you know, different regions demand different fuel specs such as different sulfur content, flash point,Fame content, so on. Therefore, the international oil trading companies that supply different types of products with different specs has to blend the products. I would like to learn that how they blend them? As far as I know, the refineries produce the products with the same specs. So, do the refiners blend the product or do the trading companies blend the product? As far as I know, when you load gasoil 0.1 from TUAPSE, it has always the same specs approximently. So, when a buyer asks for different specs such as different flash point or FAME content, who do they blend it? and in where do they blend it ?
This is my first question on this forum.I am very happy to be here. This is very useful place to reach the "sound information".
Best Regards,
