- HFO cst 380 Handling/Heating

We are required to supply HFO of cst380 to a plant. The inland oil terminal to receive the material is in Mombasa where average temperatures are 26 to 30 degrees celsius. The product cannot flow at natural conditions.
What equipment can we install to alleviate this situation especially when product is in storage and handling (loading to trucks)
