    Dear Oleksandr,

The simplest and fastest way to get daily bunker prices for over 43 ports in South America, including Puntas Arenas, is to buy a Bunkerworld Premium Subscription.

I have attached a graph for MGO prices in Punta Arenas for February 2008. I hope this helps.

You can also freely use the Bunkerworld Directory to contact suppliers directly. I have attached links to both the ports you mentioned.

In Punta Arenas, Chile MDO/MGO prices are established in MCUB in a weekly basis according to the price scheme of the state refinery. To obtain the final prices relevant items are the type of ship (research, war or cargo ship) and his traffic (coastal o international trade) in order to add or not the VAT who is 19%, the specific tax who is 1,5 UTM/MCUB and FEPP, this last one changes every week. There are some ships who can recover VAT, the specific tax and FEPP and other not. Customs and tax regulations determine the final situation for every case.

    Dear Oleksandr

1,5 UTM/MCUB means 1,5 unit monthly tax per cubic meter, for this month the value for the UTM is $ 34.807 so the amount for this specific tax is $ 52.211 app. USD 113,5.

FEPP means Fund stabilization of oil prices.
1.5 unit monthly tax / Metro cubic.

    Best regards
