- How are Russian Mazut 100 export market prices being formed? ie, if I was looking for current Mazut 100 prices, could I look at Bunkerworld IFO 380 prices as reference point? Would for example the Bunkerworld price $649 for aug. 28th delivered to Rotterdam correspond to Russian Mazut offered at FOB Black Sea Port minus the shipping cost?
