23rd May 2008 This is basically a choice between the devil and the deep sea ( faster turn around time vi-a-vis safety standards ). Vessels just cant afford to be in port any more than they actually need to be... if given a choice without compromising safety, bunkering centre of gravity would now shift to Fujairah or Singapore.. Port Kelang needs to reconsider the time frame
