  Dear stakeholders:
  Intelligent Energy is developing an on-board clow-sulfur fuel generation technique using membranes. We are in Long Beach, CA. We need a couple of barrels of high sulfur distillate (MGO, MDO, DMA or DMB) for testing our prototype. Is there some one willing to partner with us and supply high sulfur distillate?
