It is a very big mistake from the part of the Politicians of European Commission to attempt from time to time to counterfeit IMO's job.
Nobody would ever believe that IMO is not doing a perfect work, which under the circumstances is very difficult under all kinds of opportunistic pressures.With such unilateral attempts European Commission would only create confusion and delay in the implementation of IMO Rules, for which they will never be excused.George S.
