    Dear stakeholders:
    Intelligent Energy is developing an on-board clean fuel generation technique using membranes. We are in Long Beach, CA. We need a couple of barrels of high sulfur distillate (MGO, MDO, DMA or DMB) for testing our prototype. Is there some one willing to partner with us and supply high sulfur distillate?

    Will it be useful to have an on-board clean fuel generator on the ships to separate high sulfur MGO or MDO to a low-sulfur stream that can be stored and used near ports and a higher-sulfur stream that can be used in the open-ocean voyage?
