i wish to know, why is there a very big difference in market price for fuels, namely mazut gost 75 & 99, HSD, lpg and even crude oil, sold by sellers from russian states, compared to prices from sellers elsewhere?
for example, some sellers offer CIF prices of mazut 75 at USD280/mton.
how can the russians sell at much cheaper price when the international crude price is escalating ?
there are tousands of sellers and buyers in websites like alibaba.com, eurobiz,etc.
who's real ?
Is there a possibility of fraud ?
