I am a single member and sole propietorship and want to be a public listed company of fuel oil buying/selling but the difficulty is not the finance and terms of security exchange comission or finance or team required for that but the problem is this how I can purhcase the d2 diesel gas oil deliverable to rotterdam/houston slco rebco jet fuel lpg lng from refinery directly what are the pre requisities for that and gazprom and aramco rosneft are the famous names for that.
1)What is the procedure to become a public listed company who buy/sell fuel oils directly buy from refinery or as mandate and how I can become a mandate for refinereies worldwide like aramco rosneft gazprom.
2)A perol pump dont have the yearly buying capability power in metric tons and bbls and barrels in what quantity a general traders online sell and buy in millions of bbls and metric tons of every fuel oil and gas what is the best source to get the buyer of bulk and massive quantity what I will buy directly from refineries after knowing the process how to buy directly fuel from refineries/best source to buy on best price and how to sell in massive quantity and in which market through which medium.
3)there is not a price available for the fuel oil online except trading platforms like b2b resources eg alibaba,tradeindia etc etc is there any exchange where i can sell and buy on constant terms or terms by exchange and i have to follow the general terms and nothing more and on sale through exchange immeidate sale and finish I know ICE AND NYMEX but I dont know the eligibility of international petroleum exchange what is the requirement for entering a future or petroleum exchange and how i can sell a contract of fuel oils and through which exchange i can get sale of millions and billions of metric tons of fuel oil.
4)In trading process I buy/invest/mandate/intermediary I buy and sell but on my own terms and I never sign any comission documents but I get business through only selling rights or when seller is considered as last selling person or rights to sell world fuel and petroleum exchange where are they and what is their sites and where they located they allowed to trade online but for that you must have rights to sell or rights of ownership and is there any condition for future exchanges to buy and sell and you must be registered with them or you need to stock commodities in their prescribe location and even i dont know the concept of clearing firms related with future and fuel exchange like ice?
