I am trying to identify a refined product for a client specified as M100-75. Everyone here in the United States has indicated that this product is only available from Russian refineries. However, one supplier has indicated that it is the same product as IFO 380 cst which is commonly produced in US Refineries. Are these products equivalent? Are they interchangeable?
