West Coast Collaborative: Public-Private partnership to reduce diesel emissions.

Wednesday, October 24:

10:00 - 17:00: West Coast Collaborative Marine Vessels and Ports Sector meeting in Long Beach Hilton Hotel. For more information and to sign-up for this workshop, visit:

http://www.westcoastcollaborative.org/mvp-mtg-register.asp

Overview:

The Marine Vessels and Ports Workgroup explores opportunities to share information and seek funding for a variety of projects including: alternative fuel use for vessels and on-shore equipment, equipment retrofits and early retirement, and cold ironing for ocean-going vessels and plug-in power for on-shore equipment. In addition, the Workgroup is the primary source of information exchange on the West Coast for a potential application for a Sulfur Emission Control Area (SECA).

Any interested experts are encouraged to sign-up and state their expertise.
