The 7th Annual Bunkering in the Baltic and North Sea Conference, takes place amid continuing increases in fuel costs and volatility in the market, and new regulations in place and proposed. With two SECAs now in place, concerns remain about the availability and quality of low sulphur fuel, as well as costs, and dependability of the supply chain.
