We are looking to secure the above mentioned vessels to properly supply and provide temporary storage for fuels and all forms of asphalt.

a) the vessels will have a purchase value ranging between $1 to $1.5 million US
b) the single hull(obsolete) tanker must have a cargo displacement of 20,000 to 40,000 tons divided in at least three main compartments. The bulk carrier must have a capacity of at least 30,000 tons
c) the tanker will be permanently anchored a few miles offshore in international waters
d) the bulk carrier will operate in the caribbean area for short hauls (5/6 days maximum) transporting asphalt or derivatives
e) SGS will inspect the vessels for normal seaworthiness standards
f) the ships will be operated under Panamanian flag and registry
g) we will visit vessels in situ for inspection.
