My buyer (I am direct) is ready, willing, and able to purchase from 500k - 2.5 MMT of D2. Rotterdam is preferred. The seller must be the owner and the name must match on the Certificate of Ownership. Price needs to be below $690 MT. If it is higher there may be options - but the D2 has to be owned - My buyer works bank to bank and will purchase if it can be verified by their bank.
