INITIAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE THAT MUST BE MET:
1. The Jack Up Rig is owned by a very reputable company who will
require an initial deposit of $5 Million.
The Deposit will allow for an inspection of the Jack Up Rig by
the Buyer. The Deposit will go toward the final purchase price of $161
Million (USD).
2. The Inspection must be conducted within 10 days of receipt of the
Deposit, which must be wired to a Bank of the Jack Up Rig Owner's choosing.
In addition to the Deposit requirement being met it is required to forward
to Global and/or assigns, a Bank Comfort Letter or Bank Letter of Credit
with an 'Executed Letter of Intent' signed by such person or persons
authorized to make said purchase for the Buyer on the appropriate Company or
Corporate Letterhead to show the Buyer is serious about making the purchase.
3. Said Deposit and all related documents described in this section
must be in our possession by the close of business CST, Houston, Texas
Monday, August 29th, 2007. The Jack Up Rig will be made available to the
first qualified party that meets the described Initial Conditions for
Purchase set forth. The equipment is sold subject to prior sale and will be
taken off the market after a deposit is in place.
